Chair with Props
Chair work, based on Pilates principles, is designed to strengthen the abdominals, lower back and pelvic floor. Improves balance and strength.
This class involves fun high and low intensity moves to challenge your strength. Things you will need: a solid chair such as a sturdy kitchen chair and possibly Exercise Ball or Therapy Bands (available for rent).
