Beginner/Intermediate Mat & Barre
Beginner/Intermediate Mat & Barre is designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body as well as adding a few more advanced moves.
Mat/Barre work involves performing exercises on the floor using a Pilates, or yoga mat and a sturdy chair. The main fitness goals of a mat/barre program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness. Things you will need: a Pilates or Yoga mat and a solid chair, such as a sturdy kitchen chair.
