Barre workouts are perfect for all fitness levels. You’ll see improvement in your posture, balance, strength, and flexibility.
Barre has a different meaning in every studio. Studio One-Eleven Barre workouts are a fusion of Pilates, strength training, and ballet. Barre classes are isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. To improve strength, balance, flexibility, muscle definition, weight loss and posture. In Barre class you will use Gliders, Bender balls and weights. Barre class will make you feel muscles that you didn’t know you had.
Things you will need: a Pilates or Yoga mat and a solid chair, such as a sturdy kitchen chair or a portable Barre and Gliders (available for rental).
