Chair Yoga

This class will focus on stretching and opening the body.

This class will provide gentle movement to focus on the breath. This practice is calming by focusing on stretching and opening the body. A chair is used to complete most of the poses in the sequence. Students are encouraged to use props, such as, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets. Things you will need: a Pilates or Yoga mat and a chair.
