Classical Reformer - Intermediate/Advanced
Classical Reformer Pilates is a method of reformer exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
This class features intermediate and advanced level exercise progressions on the Pilates Reformer. Class speed may vary from moderate to faster paced at the instructor’s discretion. You should be able to maintain a plank position for minimum 30 sec and be able to perform bridging.
