
Classical Reformer - Intermediate
Classical Reformer Pilates is a method of reformer exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
These classes features Intermediate level exercise progressions on the reformer. Class speed will vary from moderate to faster paced at the instructors discretion. It is strongly recommended that clients have taken a minimum of 20 all level reformer classes. Should be able to plank and bridge.
