Combo Mat & Barre
Combo Mat & Barre is designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body while incorporating more advanced moves. Be prepared to sweat!
Mat/Barre work involves performing exercises on the floor using a Pilates, or yoga mat and a sturdy chair. The main focus is to improve strength, balance, flexibility, muscle definition, weight loss and posture. In Mat/Barre class you will use Gliders, Bender balls and weights. Barre class will make you feel muscles that you didn’t know you had.
Things you will need: a Pilates or Yoga mat and a solid chair, such as a sturdy kitchen chair or a portable Barre and Gliders (available for rental). We may also use a Magic Circle.
