Yoga - All Levels

This class will focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility.

Come and join us in this fun and joyful class which focuses on strength, flexibility and balance while also paying attention to alignment and posture, making it a safe learning environment to explore the different yoga poses, breathing techniques and basic meditation.

This all-levels class is considered ‘easy to moderate’ in speed and intensity and Callie will offer a variety of modifications that can be given to those students who wish to go deeper in their pose, or request a greater challenge.

Based on a blend of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Anusara Yoga with a ‘Callie twist’, each session will be slightly different, so come ready to be surprised!

Please bring your own yoga mat.  An 8ft cotton yoga strap with two “D” rings on one end, and a yoga block are also recommended if you have them.
