Hatha Yoga

This class will focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility.

In this class, our goal is to make our bodies feel better. We will practice our Balance, Strength and Flexibility poses in both standing and  floor work. Anybody and everybody can do this yoga. Danie shows modifications to make it harder or easier for you. Yoga is the fountain of youth for your body. Please have a yoga mat, Block, Strap and water bottle nearby and you are good to go. All that is required is an open mind, focus and a willingness to try (maybe fail the first time but try again).

Things you will need: a Pilates or Yoga mat, a yoga block and a strap.
