Yoga - All Levels
This class will focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility.
Come and join us in this fun and joyful class which focuses on strength, flexibility and balance while also paying attention to alignment and posture, making it a safe learning environment to explore the different yoga poses, breathing techniques and basic meditation.
This all-levels class is considered ‘easy to moderate’ in speed and intensity and your instructor will offer a variety of modifications that can be given to those students who wish to go deeper in their pose, or request a greater challenge.
Bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
Classes fill up quickly so please contact the instructor for space availability. Schedule subject to change without notice. 24 hour cancellation notice required. We also offer 1/2 hour and 1 hour Private on-line classes.
