Reformer Stretch Pilates is a method of reformer exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.

This is our standard Pilates reformer stretch class, which features the basic Pilates exercises while stretching. This class flows at a moderate pace, and instructors may offer progressions or modifications on an individual basis, if needed.
