Sling Pilates is a great compliment to any workout. Sling is a form of suspension training that uses sling supported low impact exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability — simultaneously.

Sling Pilates Classes use a suspensions system called a “sling” to perform Pilates exercises. During this low impact class we use the sling to support and suspend various parts of our bodies while performing traditional Pilates exercises such as the plank, bridge, and roll-up. In this fun class, participants can engage their core muscles in new and challenging ways, improve balance and flexibility, while also experiencing the benefits of suspension training.

Classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels, as the intensity of the workout is adjusted based on each level of participants needs and abilities offered in classes from beginner to advanced.
