Flatbed & Tower Reformer - Beginner/Intermediate
Let’s start with your not strong until you are Pilates strong. Yup, I said it. Pilates is a form of excise that is a stretch and strength exercise but add Tower and well, it takes you to another level of strong.
Tower is a spring-based tower attached to the Reformer that challenges the whole body. Using the push-though-bar, roll back bar, leg and arm springs, the tower offers a workout that builds control and deepens flexibility while strengthening the core. Whether you’re on the flat bed or standing using the tower apparatus you will feel the burn.
