Traditional Pilates

Its all about that core. Each Pilates class is structured to improve core strength first and foremost. Now add flexibility and you have strong, leaner muscles. Using adjustable spring settings and pulleys, this apparatus allows for graceful and effective movement. Not only will you improve your strength but you will have better posture and alignment. This class may also use props such as Magic Circle, small balls, weights and bands to continuing activating those muscles.

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. The classes teach the exercises founded by Joseph Pilates. There are 6 main principles; Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.
