TRX - Beginner
TRX is a great compliment to any workout. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability — simultaneously. If you’re looking to get strong fast, TRX combined with Pilates will do the trick.
TRX looks intimidating at first but starting with basics you will be shocked at how strong you get in a short amount of time. Classic Pilates is also used in TRX so what you learn in Pilates class translates to TRX and vice versa. You want a challenge this is for you.
People who like yoga and Pilates tend to like TRX because it draws from each of the disciplines. But it’s also great for runners, cyclists, or anyone who is an endurance athlete and wants to have more strength training. It can help improve mobility and stability, increase metabolic results, build lean muscle, and develop functional strength.
