Yoga - Mixed Flow
Students will be guided through an energetic yoga flow.
This practice includes movement through different yoga poses with the focus of matching every movement with the breath. This class will include various reclined, seated, standing and balancing yoga poses. With the aid of the breath, students will experience a faster paced class to build strength, flexibility, heat and focus. Things you will need: a Pilates or Yoga mat.
