Yoga - Slow Flow
This class will focus on improving flexibility, balance and body strength.
Attention will be given to the breath in order to connect with movement from pose to pose. This class will give attention to precision bodily placement, often with longer holds of yoga poses. This class will also focus on improving flexibility, balance and body strength. The instructor will guide a class specific to different poses to focus on body alignment. Things you will need: a Pilates or Yoga mat.
