We are a Pilates studio with real people that come from all walks of life. Men and women — some are fit, soon-to-be-fit or just starting their fitness journey — we have something for everyone.
You will be guided by skilled and, more importantly, compassionate instructors that understand the real-life struggles of trying to fit exercise, weight loss and a healthy lifestyle into your busy schedule.
We offer Private, Semi-Private and Small Group Classes (no more than 3-5 students per class in accordance with CDC Guidelines) held in a comfortable, clean and modern setting. We are very conscious of protecting your health at all times. We follow the CDC Disinfecting Guidelines and practice Social Distancing. You will be required to wear a mask when entering our studio, your temperature will be taken and your hands sprayed with sanitizer. All equipment is sanitized between classes.
