
I have been taking TRX and Pilates classes with Lysa for the past two years. Pilates was recommended to me as a way to strengthen my core and it has been amazing! I am a runner and have had chronic issues with pain in my lower back. Doing Pilates with Lysa has not only strengthened my core and helped with my lower back pain but it has completely changed my running style. It has helped me with my posture and breathing as well as my flexibility.
