Kristin prides herself on creating a fun and warm experience for her clients to help them achieve their goals and get healthy overall!
Kristin has been involved in the Pilates community for over 5 years and recently decided to turn her passion for the practice into teaching and sharing her love of Pilates with others. Pilates became a way to get healthy, relieve stress, and build strength overall. Working at Studio One-Eleven allows Kristin to blend her 12 years of personal training experience with teaching Pilates and Barre. Kristin prides herself on creating a fun and warm experience for her clients to help them achieve their goals and get healthy overall!
Kristin has her MBA with a focus in marketing, her undergraduate degree in Social Sciences and enjoys blending everything together to help others. When Kristin is not at the studio, you can find her doing something crafty and/or creative, spending time with her family and golden retriever Harvey, or watching the latest true crime documentary.
